A website for your business in 4 days. ₽40,000 flat
Design, copy, leads straight to Telegram, maps, Google Sheets and analytics. Price and deadline are fixed before we start — no add-ons along the way. Need something bigger than a website? That too, from ₽100,000.
Four days work because everything around your project is already built: proven blocks, ready integrations, my own server and a one-command deploy. The only new thing in the project is your business.
Small business usually gets one of two extremes: a five-dollar template that looks like a thousand others and takes no integrations, or an agency site for ₽200,000 and three months of approvals. Nothing in between. That gap is what I fill: a modern site with working integrations, in a week, for money that makes sense.
One person does all of it — design, front end, server, integrations. No chain of account manager to designer to developer, where both the deadline and the point get lost at every handoff. You talk to the person doing the work, which is why edits take hours instead of weeks.
If it turns out you need a system rather than a website — online booking, a client area, order tracking — I will say so upfront and quote a different scope, instead of squeezing the job into a four-day format.

Hanzo Detailing
Detailing studio, Moscow
A site with a service catalogue and prices, a cost calculator, a before/after gallery and one-tap booking. Enquiries reach the studio on Telegram the moment they are sent.
Built entirely by me: design, front end, FastAPI backend, leads to Telegram with status buttons, markup and containerised deploy. An example of what end-to-end work looks like.
Automation

Shum CRM
Attendance tracking for a network of studios: check-in through a Telegram bot instead of hand-filled spreadsheets.
Task
Around a thousand students were marked off by hand in spreadsheets: data drifted apart between teachers and period summaries were assembled manually.
Result
Check-in moved into a Telegram bot and the database became the single source of truth. Google Sheets sync kept teachers on familiar spreadsheets. Period reports build in one action. A year in production.

Services
Two ways to work
The first format has a fixed price and deadline, all agreed before we start. The second is quoted after we break the task down, usually within a day. Integrations for a site you already have are done too — write to me and I will price them separately.
Website in 4 days
Main format
₽40,000
4 days
A modern site for services and local business: salon, detailing, repairs, clinic, studio, solo professional. Built for leads and bookings, not for having a website.
1–2 screens: home and, if needed, a services page
Custom design, responsive from 320px
I write the copy — you provide the facts
Leads to Telegram: notified in a second, status buttons
When a site is not enough and you need a system: online booking with a schedule, a client area, a catalogue with payments, order tracking, a staff panel.
The four-day site costs ₽40,000, and that is the final number: edits within the agreed scope and the listed integrations are already included. Want to extend the scope? We agree on it first, then I build it.
◆ Self-employed contractor
Contract, official receipt, payment by card or invoice. Companies get documents that confirm the expense. 50% upfront, the rest after launch.
◆ 3-month warranty
Anything that breaks for reasons other than new requirements, I fix free for three months after handoff. Domain, hosting and code are in your name from day one — no lock-in to me.
◆ Support after launch
The first month is free: edits, small changes, uptime monitoring. After that ₽3,000 a month, or you run it yourself — the site is written so any developer can pick it up.
Process
Four days, day by day
No stage happens out of sight: after each one you see the result and decide whether we move on or revise. Bigger projects follow the same steps, just longer.
0030 minutes
Call and brief
You tell me what you do, who your clients are and what counts as success — leads, calls, bookings. I ask through a checklist and say right away whether this fits the four-day format or is a bigger project. Then an invoice for the 50% deposit.

01Day 1
Structure and design
I put together the structure and show you the design before any code. You look and say what to change. Two rounds of major edits are included and take hours — reworking a mockup is far cheaper than reworking a finished site.
→Design for approval
02Days 2–3
Build and integrations
I build the site, write the copy and wire up Telegram leads, maps, sheets and analytics. From the end of day two the site sits on a staging address — you click it on your phone and laptop instead of waiting for a reveal.
→A live site on a staging address
03Day 4
Launch and handoff
I move it to your domain, switch on HTTPS, check the leads and analytics. You get every credential and a walkthrough of how to edit content, plus a month of support and a three-month warranty.
→A working site and all credentials, yours
FAQ
Common questions
Yes, that is the final number for the four-day format: design, 1–2 screens, copy, mobile layout, leads to Telegram, maps, a Google Sheet, analytics with a lead goal, launch on your domain and two rounds of major edits. Extra cost appears only if you want to extend the scope — and then we agree on it first.
No. The design is custom and the code is mine. Four days work because everything technical is already in place: server, deploy, ready integrations with Telegram, maps and sheets. Nothing has to be reinvented, so the time goes into your business. If the job does not fit the format, you hear it on the call, not on day four.
Half an hour on a call, the facts about your business — services, prices, contacts — photos if you have them, and access to the domain. I write the copy. It usually all comes together in one conversation; I send the checklist the same day.
To Telegram — your direct messages, within a second of the form being sent. Right under the lead there are buttons: in progress, won, rejected. Everything is also stored in a database and, if you want, in a Google Sheet, so nothing gets lost. Email duplication on request.
I work as a registered self-employed contractor: contract, official receipt, payment by card or invoice. Companies get documents that confirm the expense. 50% upfront, the rest after launch and acceptance.
The first month of support is free: edits, small changes, uptime monitoring. After that ₽3,000 a month, or you run it yourself and I show you how. The warranty is three months: anything that breaks for reasons other than new requirements I fix free. Domain, hosting and code are yours, so you can move to another developer at any point.
That is the second format: from ₽100,000 and from two weeks. I have built these — a team platform, a CRM with a bot for a thousand students, an access-control system; they are in the Work section. We break the task down on a call, then I send an estimate with scope and timeline, usually within a day.
Yes. Telegram leads, a sheet, a map, payments or analytics can be wired into an existing site if it is written sanely. I will look for free and tell you honestly whether fixing it is cheaper than rebuilding. Often it is a few days and several times cheaper than a new site.
You see and approve the design on day one, before the build. If you do not like the mockup and decide to stop, I return the deposit. After that the work runs in stages with reviews, not as a big reveal at the end.
